GRILLED CHICKEN HAM IN PINEAPPLE CHUTNEY

A three week guide for busy moms and picky eaters

Ingredients

150g chicken leg and thigh fillet
50g BBQ ham marinade

Chutney

50g pineapple tidbits
25g red onions (minced)
10g garlic (minced)
2t butter
1t cumin powdere
2t sugar
2t vinegar

Procedure
1. Grill marinated chicken in charcoal until done.
2. Saute onions, garlic, pineapple and sugar.
3. Add vinegar and let boil.
4. Add cilantro and cumin powder.
5. Add the rest of butter.
6. Top chutney in chicken
